Voraz has become my favorite restaurant in Medellín! Eliana is always, always attentive, welcoming, and provides outstanding service. The food is consistently excellent. I'm not usually a steak person—I thought I had ordered the beef ribs but accidentally received a juicy steak instead. I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. It was incredibly tender, flavorful, and completely changed my mind. Great food, wonderful service, and an experience that keeps me coming back!
If you visit, you must order the ‘Solomito brasa negra’, it was unbelievably delicious! We also enjoyed the costillas whisky and loved the overall nice, relaxing ambience. What made the night even better was how welcoming the staff was from the very start. Our server was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive. We had a fantastic dinner and will absolutely be back for the ‘Solomito brasa negra’!
The number one steak in the entire world! Literally! The service was great as well! I will most certainly be back!! Sarith made me feel at home! The view from the second floor is photography-worthy! Nothing short of a 7 star experience (+2 stars for going above and beyond)!
The restaurant is stunning, with a beautiful open kitchen that adds to the entire experience. You can dress up or go dressy casual and still feel perfectly comfortable. Also, the limonada de coco - wow! We started with the beef carpaccio and their Caesar salad — both were fantastic. I didn’t get a picture of the Caesar, but it came with Parmesan cheese, croutons, almonds, avocado, and these small crunchy noodles that added such a great texture. The beef carpaccio had toasted capers underneath, which gave it the perfect balance of flavor without overpowering the dish. I ordered their traditional steak cooked medium. I’m usually a medium-rare girly, but in my experience medium rare in other countries can lean more on the rare side, so medium was perfect — beautifully pink inside without being too rare. It was incredibly tender and flavorful. For sides we got the creole potatoes and grilled vegetables. Both were excellent, though I especially loved the grilled vegetables — the juices from the grilled pineapple added the most amazing flavor. My husband ordered the tuna and agreed it was excellent as well. 10/10 — we would absolutely return.
We stopped by for a light snack, and while we enjoyed the vibe and setting, the food and music selection were disappointing. We ordered the Stracciatella which was bland. The pesto was too cold, the bread was stale, and the olive oil was watery. It’s a lovely atmosphere but the Diana Ross music was oddly out of place.
