Llegué con mi hijo menor por un problema de uña encarnada y, después de haber consultado diferentes opciones, tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar este lugar. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. El doctor Frank, quien realizó el procedimiento, fue una persona muy amable, profesional y cuidadosa. Se tomó el tiempo de explicarnos todo, manejó el procedimiento con mucha seguridad y, sobre todo, tuvo un trato muy humano y respetuoso. Quiero resaltar especialmente su profesionalismo, su paciencia y la tranquilidad que nos transmitió durante todo el proceso. Se nota cuando una persona hace su trabajo con conocimiento, responsabilidad y verdadera vocación de servicio. Nos vamos muy contentos y agradecidos. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que esté buscando una atención profesional, responsable y de confianza. The home care service fell far short of my expectations. They offer Saturday appointments from 7 am to 1 pm, but despite requesting a specific time slot, they never accommodated me, which obviously impacted the use of that time. My mother is an elderly person with a difficult-to-manage varicose ulcer, and the information provided by the professional was that they cannot guarantee a cure. He also stated that despite the high cost of the treatment, she could experience an emergency at any time. Furthermore, he suggested removing her compression stockings, even though the vascular specialist had prescribed them. This last statement generated significant distrust and made me hesitant to continue with the procedures.
It's a highly recommended place for treating complex wounds. My grandmother went in for a varicose ulcer; the dressings are truly worth it, and we saw progress from the very first appointment. The receptionist is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The nurse who does the cleaning clearly demonstrates her knowledge in the area; she's a bit serious but very professional.

It was a very satisfactory process, where we felt cared for, valued, and supported throughout. The venous ulcer wound healed successfully and even ahead of schedule.
