Namaste Beach Cartagena is a truly special place. The atmosphere is calm and serene, and the team creates a welcoming environment that genuinely feels like family. The yoga sessions with Monika are excellent — well-guided, balanced, and suitable for all levels. The sound meditation and fire ritual with Rafa and Michelle are also beautifully led and very grounding experiences. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a supportive community.
Travelling solo and this was the perfect spot! The vibe is incredible — stylish, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff were so attentive and kind. Fair prices for amazing cocktails and a comfy daybed. I spent the whole day just relaxing and enjoying the energy. 10/10 for a solo escape!
