Stunning views and delicious food!! Must stop restaurant if your in the area!!
Todo Chuletas offers a dining experience that effectively balances rustic charm with culinary precision. Boasting a well-deserved 4.8-star rating on Google Maps, my recent visit confirmed that this establishment earns every bit of its reputation. I am comfortably awarding it 5 stars. The restaurant’s location along Carretera 6 does introduce some ambient traffic noise, but it is masterfully mitigated by a curated overhead selection of vallenato and salsa. The volume is kept at a conversational level, enhancing rather than distracting from the meal. One of the more unique features is the immediate proximity to nature. Upon arrival, I was greeted—quite literally—by a cow in the adjacent field. While livestock grazes directly behind the restaurant, a glass partition and wire fence provide a sterile yet scenic viewing experience. You get the pastoral view without any of the associated agricultural odors. The kitchen focuses on bold, authentic profiles and exceptionally generous portions. I was not able to finish my dish. Every dish resonated with depth and high-quality execution. I really enjoyed the use of Plantain leaves as garnish. Do not overlook the coconut lemonade. It is a standout beverage that serves as the perfect refreshing counterpart to the hearty fare. The service staff is highly approachable, but specific commendation must go to my server, Genesis. She was polite, patient, and familiar with the menu. Her ability to provide nuanced descriptions of the various dishes was nice. The restaurant does accept credit card payments. During my visit, the atmosphere was tranquil and not busy, allowing for a my choice if sitting and an ability to take everything in calmly. Between the service from Genesis and the great tasting dishes, Todo Chuletas is a destination I will certainly frequent again if the opportunity presents itself.
