Hi, I had a spectacular experience! I loved the view, the very pleasant atmosphere, and everything was spotless. The estheticians had incredible energy. I definitely loved everything from reception onward. I would definitely return. Thank you so much!
I had a very bad experience at this spa. The service was poor, as I was seen more than 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Furthermore, they didn't provide all the massages included in the service, and the complimentary gift they offer is only given if you request it, which should be automatic. They definitely don't deliver on their promises.
I was not satisfied with the spa package. Everything felt rushed, the relaxing massage was very short, and it was clear they were pressed for time. The space, which was supposed to be peaceful, was anything but relaxing, as there was constant noise from activities unrelated to the service, which was very uncomfortable. I feel the package I chose is overly enhanced by the jacuzzi, as you spend more time there than during the massage, when the main focus should be on the relaxing massage. It wasn't the experience I expected.
