I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage after arriving in Medellín following a long journey, and it was exactly what I needed. I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, and my massage therapist, Ramon, gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. He was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. The session was followed by a complimentary 15-minute infrared therapy treatment, which was a wonderful bonus and left me feeling completely refreshed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent massage and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Medellín.
I had a great experience at IVY Wellness Center today. Friendly and helpful staff and very nice facilities. I did the cold plunge/sauna combo. As a Breathwork and cold exposure teacher it was nice to be a client over a teacher for a day! Can highly recommend and will hopefully go back many more times.
I got a 90 minute hotstone massage and epsom salt bath today and my body says thank you Ivy Wellness Center. I've been feeling such tension and stiffness in my joints, I knew the massage would be just the remedy I needed. Before the massage, I felt like the tin-man from the Wizard of Oz. After the message I felt like I salsa dance.

I had an excellent massage experience at IVY Wellness Center & Spa. From the moment I walked in, the place felt calm, clean, and very professional. The therapist was skilled, attentive, and really knew how to adjust the pressure exactly to what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and noticeably better, especially in my back and shoulders. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.
