Went for drinks at the end of the night and ended up with beautiful and quality drinks. Had two mocktails and they were amazing and ended up eating the dumplings for a snack which was the best dumpling I never knew I wanted. It came with unique topping that I won’t spoil but want you to know that it was amazing. Service was awesome and the views of the city and open roof were perfect ambiance to my evening. I’d come back 3 times over .
This restaurant has amazing views in all directions, and the atmosphere is great. The food was for the most part good, but some of the dishes were significantly better than others. And the service was good with the one exception that it was not clear when we ordered, just how much food we had actually ordered because they had told us that it was small shareable plates, which turned out to be actually a ton of food.
I came to Mal de Ojo without knowing the place at all, simply drawn in by a post where the tuna tataki looked amazing. I ditched the plan of grabbing a burger or a Colombian HotDog at Los Perritos at La Diez, to come here and, honestly, it was the right call. The dish did not disappoint at all, delicious, beautifully presented, and with fast service at the bar. To top it off, the cocktail menu and the bartenders were impeccable: they made me an Old Fashioned with an amarena cherry (as my special request), perfectly executed. Great experience, I will definitely be back. I added a pic of what I had choose for dessert: Tiradito Blanco (more protein instead of sugar).
5-star experience times 10! From ambiance, to food & service. Esteban was our waiter and he gave us excellent service and great recommendations. We tried a lot of things on the menu but we reordered, the Birria Gyozas, and Tijuanita (Ribeye Tacos). So delicious!! Going to be dreaming of the food here until I visit again. Definitely recommend!
Esteban and the other staff were very helpful and welcoming. Food was fun and delicious. The views were absolutely stunning. There was a full rainbow when we arrived and we stayed through the sunset. The night time views of the city set the perfect mood for a few cocktails. The location was close walking distance from our hotel. To top it off the value was excellent considering the atmosphere and quality of the meals. What a pleasant evening!!
