This is by far the best restaurant in Cartagena! We’ve been here 8 times over the course of 3 years while living in Bogotá, and every single time we come to Cartagena, we make a point to come back. The food is unique, flavorful, different, and consistently amazing. We’ve never had a bad meal here. The staff is always friendly, and if you don’t speak Spanish, don’t worry — they speak English too. They also have a digital menu with pictures of all the drinks and dishes, which I love because I like seeing what I’m ordering before it arrives. If you want my recommendation: get the Tropical Filet. It is hands down the best thing on the menu. We order it every single time. And those potatoes? Somehow they’re magical. Also, do yourself a favor and ask for arroz con coco (coconut rice) instead of white rice — absolutely worth it. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great atmosphere live music. With the ribeye had more quality. It you can’t expect much from a town that seafood predominant. So I gave them a 5. The drinks were amazing and service was good.

Everything about this place is amazing. This is my first experience with Colombian cuisine and it was beyond excellent. My family was enjoying the food so much we were insisting we try each other's plates. Service is impeccable as well. As a bonus, it is well air conditioned too. As someone who isn't use to the hot climate, it makes the atmosphere very comfortable. Thank you!

Beautiful views off the open-air balcony and the inside is stunning. Unfortunately, the food is just ok..nothing special. My companion ordered mussels and half of them weren't open. When she mentioned it to the wait staff, they said they would cook them again??!! The fish was fine and pasta ok. I would recommend sitting on the balcony for the views and just grabbing a beer. Special mention for our waiter who was super attentive and helpful.

We visited Montesacro for lunch and the experience was very pleasant. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, which created a calm and relaxed atmosphere perfect to disconnect from the busy streets. The air conditioning was excellent, something especially appreciated when escaping the outside heat. The food tasted fresh and well prepared, and the ceviches were particularly delicious. Service was attentive and smooth throughout the visit. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch experience with a comfortable environment and good quality food.
