The experience was good, but keep in mind the water isn't like Barú or the Rosario Islands. There's no beach. We didn't go in the sea; we only used the pool. The resort is nice, and we were lucky enough to have almost the entire place to ourselves since our tour group was small. There are several food and drink options! It's a quiet place, but the music was very loud, so it's not ideal for relaxing. The view is beautiful, but if you're looking to enjoy the sea, I wouldn't recommend it.
Relaxing and good value beach club with a strong local vibe and music. The food is exceptional. Be prepared for a bumpy ride to & from the island. Fun, if taken in the right spirit. Not for faint hearted or for those with a “bad back”
