Melanie was our server, she was attentive, friendly and very kind. I highly recommend the ceviche patacones and the cheese empanadas were amazing. The outside area where you can look over at the town was one of my favorite views.
The patacones are simply delicious and flavorful—and perfectly crispy! We ordered ones with Chicharrón and Posta Cartagena. The restaurant’s decor is gorgeous. I highly recommend it!
Everything was spectacular. Food and atmosphere. Has multiple roof top view Getsemaní. Definitely recommend the croquets 😋
Very lively corner establishment with different levels. I have sat outside as people walk by and upstairs at the first rooftop area (they have two terraces). Got a bucket of their local costenita beers, tried the cimarron rosado cocktail as well. It was a very tasty yet interesting cocktail I have tried in a while (has lychee foam). The menu has a vast array of all types of food. They even have a $7.50 usd (depending rates) burger which is not too bad of a price for this type of place. High vibes and energy depending the time of day. The plantain baskets with meat were excellent
Casa Palenque is an absolute gem! The yucca stuffed with meat was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and vibrant, making it a joy to dine here. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back!
