Booked my appt after hitting legs at a nearby gym. I asked for deep tissue w additional stretching. What I got was better than Id anticipated. Dayana was very knowledgeable (as a former nurse), and was able to basically use her hands to map my back out and find the knots. She applied the right amount of pressure - it‘s been hours and i can still feel how amazing it was. Both she and Francie were a great vibe, will definitely be coming back to try out their other services :)
My wife and I went to Element Wellness Center and had an amazing time. We did the welcome package and it was exactly what we needed to recharge for the week. It’s a really calming, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed wellness center. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!
Saw a video about this couples massage and immediately reached out on WhatsApp to get my boyfriend and I appointments. The hot and cold plunge were lovely, but highly recommend doing the cold first cause it’ll shock you if you do the hot one first. The oxygen booster and compression therapy around your legs is fabulous. We ended with the 90 minute massage and felt relaxed and rejuvenated after. Highly recommend. We got lucky and reserved during a promotion.
This spa was the perfect little getaway all on its own. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. David and his staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and immediately offered my choice of wine, tea, or water. They took the time to explain each service I would be receiving—from the cold plunge and heated tubs to the leg compression device for circulation and the oxygen therapy—ending with a 90-minute massage. I chose a deep tissue/sports massage, and it was absolutely amazing. The whole experience was truly transcendent. I cannot wait to return and receive these services again. Highly recommend!
