Wow, just wow. Some of the BEST customer service I have experienced. We had a situation happen and we were told to talk to the front. They went above and beyond expectations. Juan Pablo and Claudia.... Just wow. Literally, the best massage I have ever had and I have been to some of the highest rated spas in the world. My friend agreed. We are glad we gave them a chance. I honestly feel like I woke up in a different dimension. After the massage, we had wine and meats and cheeses and fruit waiting for us in the round sofa. This is an absolute must have/ do. Thank you to the manager, Claudia, and Juan Pablo. This was a highlight of our amazing trip. We talked about it for hours after and even shared how amazing it was with people in town as well.
