An incredible dining experience at Carbon! The atmosphere was wonderful and perfectly inviting, making it ideal for a special night out. The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The solomito al carbon was perfect, and the filet mignon was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Their wine selection is fantastic too, with great options that paired beautifully with the meal. Highly recommend San Carbon for anyone looking for outstanding food and a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back!
San Carbón delivers a premium steakhouse experience with well executed cuts, authentic charcoal flavor, and a modern, inviting atmosphere. The service is efficient and attentive, and the overall quality justifies the price. Perfect for a great dinner or a special occasion in Medellín.

It is a huge restaurant located on Palmas avenue. The places is beautiful and thé roof is just a piece off art. Music is played low so talking is not a problem. I had salmon and sauteed vegetables and it was delicious. They also have beef, pork and chicken as protein and I bet they are juicy. I visited the place for a wedding so I'm not really sure about the prices.
