Well, my problem was with the service. I think they have nice facilities and the massage was good, however, I found it very distasteful that they brought another couple into the same room when we hadn't even finished showering. They sent my wife and daughter to shower in another room so they could quickly vacate ours, and I was still in the bathroom. When I came out, they kicked me out and closed the door in my face to attend to other clients. It was a very unpleasant experience. In addition, I have several recommendations. They should close the doors and windows and improve the lighting inside the room, as it was very dark. They left the window open, but you could hear a lot of noise from the hallways with other clients and staff—very noisy, and it's supposed to be a relaxation space. The beds are very uncomfortable; you have to keep your head tilted to one side, which isn't very comfortable at all. Not to mention that in my case, the massage table had a plastic bag on it, which made it very uncomfortable because the oils stuck to my skin. I finally realized that they had other clients, and they removed the bag from them and were going to give them their massages on the regular table. I think it was very poorly organized, which resulted in poor service. The massage was okay, although I felt they focused more on the arms and legs than the back, but oh well, it was still a good massage. The jacuzzi was nice, a good temperature and well decorated, but I have the impression that only in my case were we sent to the jacuzzi first, before the massage, when I understand it should be after. From the moment I arrived, I felt they sent us to the jacuzzi to save time and get organized, but that's synonymous with poor organization and improvisation. In conclusion, I feel the service was very bad. We were dissatisfied with the way we were treated. Being practically rushed out of the room was awful, not to mention that the girl gave my wife a dirty look because she didn't want to get in the jacuzzi at the same time as our 13-year-old daughter. They were in a hurry for us to leave.

It was a pleasant experience, the facilities were spotless, and the service was excellent. They checked on our health before giving the massage. Areas for improvement: the presentation and correct amount of wine in the glass, and also offering it in the jacuzzi. The clothing needs better ventilation.
