I’m visiting Medellín and wanted to do something to improve the overall look and texture of my skin while I was staying in El Poblado. I ended up coming to Zaharum and had a facial followed by Salmon DNA (PDRN) with microneedling. The whole experience was really good. They explained everything before starting, took their time with my skin, and I felt very comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin felt fresh and looked really nice afterward. Very happy I found this place while I was in Medellín. Great service and a very welcoming team.

I am very happy with my experience here at Zaharum Medical Spa in Poblado. My husband and I received the IV Therapy, Hydrafacial and a massage. The hydrafacial and IV therapy were done at the same time which I appreciated as it saved time. The hydrafacial by Juliet was very thorough. I could tell she is very experienced, and I loved the glass skin glow afterwards. The massage by Jason was absolutely amazing. He was a true professional and you can tell he knew what he was doing. He was able to identify and work on the knots and tensions I had in my neck and shoulders. Probably one of the best massages I've ever had! I was so happy with the services here that I returned the next day for botox with Juliet. The owner speaks English and was also able to accomodate us on a Sunday. I would highly recommend this small business!

On Saturday, I went here for a Hydrafacial + dermaplaning, and now it’s Thursday of the following week and my skin is still glowing! This was hands down one of the best Hydrafacial and dermaplaning experiences I’ve ever had - and I get these regularly. The value was incredible. The facial included very thorough manual extractions (honestly more detailed than I’ve ever had before). Juliet is very skilled and thorough. At first it was a bit uncomfortable, but I quickly realized that my skin was being cleaned on a level I hadn’t experienced anywhere else. After that, I received the Hydrafacial, the dermaplaning exactly as I requested, a jelly mask for deep hydration, high-frequency treatment (the little zapper), and LED light therapy while the mask was on. The entire process felt thoughtful, professional, and extremely thorough. I left that day already impressed, but now that my skin has fully healed, I’m even more blown away. I had a little post-extraction healing for a few days (nothing noticeable unless you looked very closely), and now my skin looks clear, smooth, younger, and incredibly healthy. I’m visiting from the U.S., and I also really appreciated that the owner speaks English. Booking and communicating over WhatsApp in English was easy and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better. I’ve already recommended this place to several friends, and I cannot wait to come back. 10/10 recommend

Zaharum Medical Spa Poblado gave me a wonderful experience. From the start, I was escorted by a bilingual assistant, which made the entire process easy and comfortable as a foreigner. Clear communication really matters when it comes to skincare, and they handled this exceptionally well. The esthetician was highly professional, calm, and reassuring. She had a very relaxed, tranquil demeanor that immediately put me at ease, and it was clear she knew exactly what she was doing. She took pride in her work and was attentive throughout the treatment. I will definitely be coming back for my skincare needs. I highly recommend Zaharum Medical Spa to anyone looking for excellent service at a fair price.
