Then, enter La Candelaria and walk up to Plaza la Concordia to experience an everyday local market selling fruit and vegetables. Venture down the narrow street of Chorro de Quevedo, and stop to try a cup of chicha, a traditional fermented drink made from maize that dates back to the days of the indigenous ancestors.
