DescriptionHave a one of a kind experience horseback riding in Medellin! Whether you are an experienced rider or a total beginner, this activity is for you. There are a variety of trail options, varying in region and itinerary. All routes are adjustable depending on your wishes: there are wild and off the beaten path routes, but also very calm and clear paths. All riding trails are characterised by beautiful scenery and unforgettable views, and the locations for horseback riding are around 30 minutes away from the meeting point. It is recommended to begin this tour in the morning when the weather is best, but since this is a private tour you can choose the pick up time and place. When you arrive, you will first interact with the horse, slowly getting to know them and developing trust and confidence. As soon as you feel comfortable and ready, you will begin your horseback adventure! This activity is very safe, however, insurance is provided to all guests in case of emergency. In addition, there will always be two guides leading the horseback rides. One in the front to lead, and the other in the back to follow. This is to ensure your horse follows the correct routes and stays with the group. If the ride is scheduled around midday, an optional traditional lunch known as Fiambre is served. The Fiambre is usually eaten by farmers and locals when horseback riding in Medellin or its outskirts. This experience is for a 2.5 to 3 hour horseback ride.
