Description

Start with pickup from your hotel in the Marbella, Bocagrande, Laguito or Castillo Grande district of Cartagena in the morning. Those staying outside of these areas can meet at a central location. Hop on an air-conditioned bus and enjoy the views on your way to Barú Island. Hop off the bus and walk to the soft white sands of Playa Blanca, the flagship beach of Barú Island. Upon arrival at Barú, the second activity will begin, which is the mini-dive where the instructor will contact you to begin the activity. The course consists of 30 minutes of theory, preparation and assembly of the equipment, 15 minutes of boat transportation. You will contemplate the underwater world, interact with a wide variety of species, explore the coral reefs and discover what the depths of the sea can teach you. 1 hour of immersion in the reefs and 15 minutes of return to the beach. Upon arrival back to Playa Blanca you will enjoy a delicious lunch of fish or pork, coconut rice, patacón (twice fried plantain slices) and salad. After lunch you can enjoy an afternoon of relaxing sea bath, breeze, sun and a beautiful view in a place of turquoise waters and white sand. From 2:00 to 2:30 we will take the bus back to your hotel or meeting point.

• Please note that your appointment is scheduled one hour before the start of the activity (8:10 a.m.). - If your hotel is located in the tourist and hotel areas of Bocagrande, Laguito, or Castillogrande, we will pick you up in your hotel lobby. - If we pick you up at your hotel, we will send you a WhatsApp message or call you to confirm the approximate pickup time. This depends on the area where your hotel is located. We suggest being there between 7:00 and 7:40 a.m. - If you are located downtown, please go to the meeting point, which is MUELLE DE LOS PEGASOS in Cartagena's historic center. You should be there between 7:50 and 8:10 a.m. - Those not staying at the aforementioned hotel should go to the meeting point: MUELLE DE LOS PEGASOS
