Description

Begin your adventure at Casa de las Palmas Hostel in Leticia, Colombia. Hop into a van and cross the invisible border into Tabatinga, Brazil. As you drive, soak in the vibrant daily life of the triple-frontier region, passing local landmarks, parks, and bustling market squares. Stop at artisan craft shops for unique souvenirs and local chocolate stores to sample regional cocoa treats. Try some of the local, refreshing drinks like açaí (a healthy Amazonian fruit smoothie) or the famous Brazilian cocktail, caipirinha. Finally, head to the Amazon River shore in Tabatinga, Brazil, to enjoy the stunning view as the sun dips below the jungle canopy and paints the sky with incredible colors. The tour includes one local drink and concludes back at the hostel by 6:00 PM.
