Description

On a fascinating tour of a renowned place in the Department of Antioquia, very close to the city of Medellín, you'll get to know 2 magical towns: El Retiro and La Ceja, as well as other attractive places that will give you a great experience: 1. - Pick-up and drop-off at your accommodation in Medellín. A modern, air-conditioned vehicle. 2. - Las Palmas viewpoint. At the first stop of our tour, we'll visit a viewpoint with a spectacular view of the city of Medellín. From the mountain, you can learn a little more about the city and take photos to remember it. 3. - Visit the town of La Ceja. A town with a lot of history and tradition, known for its agricultural production, especially flowers, and for its welcoming atmosphere, where you can get to know the local culture through its squares and local markets. It's also a region known for its cycling routes and is popular with cycling enthusiasts. 4. - Visit the Tequendamita waterfall, a 20m-high naturally formed waterfall surrounded by beautiful landscapes, a heavenly place to enjoy nature. (It's closed on Mondays, so we can't go in) 5. - TorreAlta Brewery (Optional). You can visit the main headquarters and production center of one of the best craft beers in Colombia. This is an optional visit for beer lovers. 6. - Visit the village of El Retiro, known for its colonial architecture, natural landscapes, coffee traditions, and its peaceful atmosphere. Here, you can learn a bit about Colombia's history, stroll through its streets, buy handicrafts, and enjoy a good coffee if you wish. 7. - You can check out Maluma's restaurant, Casa Eterna. To round off this great tour, we'll visit the restaurant of the reggaeton singer Maluma, a mix between modern and traditional, a place with a special atmosphere and international cuisine for all tastes, but you can't miss the typical dishes of Colombian cuisine so you can enjoy the flavor of our land. 8. - We'll take you back to your accommodation in Medellín.

It's cold in the afternoon and at night, so we recommend bringing a jacket to keep warm.
