This place was absolutely lovely for lunch! I started with a flavored soda, I went with the mandarina/tangerine one and it was very refreshing. In terms of appetizers we started with the carpaccio Italiano and the montaditos which were fresh and packed with flavor! We then had the entrañita which was as so juicy and cooked to perfection which came with a small salad and a mushroom risotto. The whole dish was super yummy. We then had the picaña which was also good with an apple and brie risotto which was a bit rich for my liking but still very good. Ended the lunch with the milhojas and it was just sublime. The pastry was crisp and the cream was light and not too sweet, had some coffee with it and it was the perfect ending to a great lunch. The service was outstanding and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the ambiance and music were top notch. Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend!
A buddy and I were in Rionegro last night and asked grok to give us the 10 best rated restaurants in town. Capitulo was number 1 so we headed there. Beautiful place! The food was absolutely excellent...we ordered 3 main dishes and passed them around. The pasta carbonara was the best I've had outside of NYC. The pomodoro with meatballs left me wanting more. Prices were surprisingly reasonable. Definitely on my list of must go to when in Rionegro.
This restaurant delivers a truly outstanding experience. The food was exceptional—well-presented, flavorful, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a stylish, nature-inspired design that makes it perfect for a relaxed yet refined dining experience.
