Head to the milking area to learn about mechanical milking and, if conditions allow, try your hand at milking Ayrshire cows. Next, step inside the dairy plant to understand the process from fresh milk to finished products, with clear explanations along the way. Then, take part in a practical workshop where you’ll make your own personal yogurt using included ingredients. Finally, enjoy a tasting of different dairy products, along with a snack and lunch.
