An immersive experience in the Nariño countryside led by producers engaged in agroecological initiatives, seed conservation, and the Andean worldview. This is an opportunity to discover the rural side of Pasto through a visit to one of its districts, where, after requesting permission from the land, we will visit a chagra (small farm), learn about the crops and how the gardens are organized, harvest the produce, and prepare a dish that symbolizes the countryside, the locro, locro, under the guidance of a traditionalist, who will share the symbolism and significance of this hearty soup. Mid-morning snack: callana arepas with cheese or hojaldras with cheese, panela water or coffee, seasonal fruit.
