Description
Your experience begins with a warm greeting and a space to get to know the group. We start with a warm-up to prepare the body and get into the rhythm. Then, our instructors guide participants through the technique, sequences and basic steps of Latin rhythms such as Salsa and Bachata.
This is a group class designed for learning in a relaxed and safe environment, where you can ask questions, repeat, and enjoy the process without pressure. We continue with practice, the ideal time to let go, gain confidence, and share the energy of the dance with others. We finish with a brief cool-down and a closing to celebrate what you've learned and your connection to Latin culture. Come dance and enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of Medellín!
