Description
Begin your day with a convenient pickup from one of the designated meeting points in Medellín. Travel in a comfortable vehicle to your first stop, the Vereda el Chocho. Visit a charming farm nestled in the mountains, where you can interact with animals, including llamas.
Next, head to the Central Park of Guatapé. Stroll through the picturesque streets, admire the colorful zócalos on the building facades, and explore the Calle de los Recuerdos and the Malecón.
Continue to the Piedra del Peñol, where you can climb the 740 steps for a spectacular view (entry not included). Then, visit the Replica del Peñol to learn about the town that was flooded to create the reservoir.
Afterward, visit the Nuevo Peñol, where you’ll see the Templo Roca, a church replica of the Piedra del Peñol.
Finally, enjoy a boat tour on the Guatapé reservoir, taking in the stunning views from the water.
