Your guide will pick you up at your hotel and head north for about 2 hours to El Peñol Rock. Climb its 700 steps and enjoy breathtaking views of the reservoir and surrounding islands. Afterward, continue to Guatapé, a vibrant town known for its colorful houses and unique “zócalos” that reflect local culture.
Walk through its lively streets, learn about its history, and enjoy free time to explore at your own pace. In the private option, you’ll also enjoy a traditional lunch and a boat tour on the reservoir, visiting one of the few remaining sites from the old town.
