Your experience begins with pickup from your hotel, from where you'll be taken to a farm in Envigado for an authentic culinary experience, where cooking becomes a bridge to sustainability and respect for the land. Upon arrival, you'll start with a tour of the agroecological garden, where Martha Londoño, a social leader and promoter of local products, will show you the crops and share her story: how she has dedicated her life to supporting her community through sustainable agriculture and conscious gastronomy.
This tour also provides an opportunity for intimate conversation, where you'll learn more about the farm's agroecological practices and the positive impact of consuming local products on rural communities.
With the freshly harvested ingredients from the garden itself, you'll move on to the kitchen to prepare your dish together with Martha, who will guide you step by step, sharing traditional techniques and secrets of Antioquia's rural cuisine. This time spent cooking together is also a chance to continue talking about the connection between the land, the community, and what we bring to the table.
