Description
You will be picked up at your accommodation in Cali and travel into the western Andes on a scenic mountain drive. The last part of the road is unpaved and offers beautiful views of the cloud forest.
Once you arrive at the sanctuary, you will spend about 1.5 hours observing dozens of wild hummingbirds flying freely at feeders. There are no cages or enclosures. The birds come and go on their own, allowing you to watch them up close in a calm and natural setting. Other tropical bird species also visit the fruit feeders, making this a great experience for nature lovers and photographers. You will have time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy a welcome coffee.
After the birdwatching experience, you will make a short stop where you can interact with and feed friendly baby goats. You will then return to Cali and be dropped off at your original pickup location.
This small-group tour is relaxed and suitable for all ages. There is no minimum number of participants, so the tour runs even if you are traveling alone.
