Description
If you're traveling to Bogotá, this is one of the best experiences to discover the history, culture, and flavors that make our city unique.
Accompanied by our expert guides, you'll start the tour at one of the capital's most iconic landmarks: Monserrate. You'll climb to over 3,100 meters above sea level to admire the beautiful basilica and enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Bogotá.
We'll then head to the Emerald Museum, where you'll learn about the history of one of Colombia's greatest natural treasures, its importance to the country's economy, and the fascinating process that transforms these precious stones into true jewels.
Then we will venture into La Candelaria, the historic heart of Bogotá. There, we will visit the Botero Museum, which hosts an extraordinary collection of works by maestro Fernando Botero and renowned international artists. We will also visit iconic places such as Plaza de Bolívar, the Primada Cathedral, La Casa de Nariño, the Gabriel García Márquez Cultural Center, and other places full of history and tradition.
During the experience, you will enjoy a food tasting of exotic Colombian fruits in Plaza de La Concordia, try a traditional Muisca tea in Chorro de Quevedo, and taste a typical Colombian snack to get even closer to the flavors of our culture.
