Highlights
- Sail to Tayrona Park
- Snorkel with marine life
- Enjoy the largest bay in Tayrona
Description
Sailing through Tayrona is a unique experience you will never forget. From the sea, you'll be able to admire the world's highest coastal mountains. A sea where rivers flowing down from the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Mountains empty into the Caribbean.
We'll meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Santa Marta International Marina. At 9:30 AM, we'll set sail for our destination. As soon as we leave Santa Marta Bay, we'll enter Taganga Bay, a fishing village where tourism has blended in with the locals.
We'll continue our sail by entering Tayrona National Park and passing through Granate Bay, where you can see artisanal fishing and where scuba diving schools often go. We'll pass by Aguja Island and Playa Brava to reach our destination in Bahía Concha, where we can swim, paddleboard, snorkel, or simply relax.
At 3:30 p.m., we'll start our return trip to the Marina. This time, we'll do it by sailing. We'll be back at around 4:30 p.m.
The Park is closed from June 1 to 15 and from October 19 to November 2. During this time, we continue to sail through the bays of Santa Marta. If you prefer not to take this tour during these dates, you will receive a full refund.
