Description

Get ready for an adrenaline-filled adventure in San Gil, Colombia, combining some of the region’s most exciting outdoor activities with the spectacular landscapes of its canyons. Over approximately 4 to 5 hours, experience a variety of challenges including rappelling, ziplining, canyoning, an extreme pendulum, ecological hiking, water jumps, and bouldering. Begin with a 120-meter guided rappel, where you will descend vertically using professional ropes and safety equipment under the supervision of a specialized guide. Then, experience a 500-meter zipline, crossing the landscape from above and enjoying a unique perspective of the canyon. Another highlight is the 16-meter extreme pendulum, a controlled high-adrenaline swing carried out with professional safety equipment and expert supervision. Between the more intense activities, an ecological hike takes you along the canyon, allowing you to appreciate the surrounding natural environment and connect the different sections of the adventure. Continue with a 45-meter rappel descent, adding another vertical challenge to the experience. The itinerary also includes level 4–5 canyoning, offering a demanding combination of natural terrain, water, and physical activity. For an additional adrenaline rush, the experience may include jumps into the water from heights of approximately 8 to 10 meters. These jumps depend on the river flow, water levels, and safety conditions on the day, and the guide will determine whether they can be safely performed. The adventure also includes bouldering, combining balance, strength, and climbing technique while interacting with the natural rock environment. Your experience includes round-trip transportation from your hotel or location within San Gil, a specialized guide, safety supervision, and a full assistance insurance policy. All the necessary professional equipment is provided, including a harness, helmet, descender devices, and ropes. A snack and hydration are also included to help you stay energized throughout the activity.
