I want to congratulate Belladona Spa Cañaveral because I've had several procedures done there and have always had a very good experience. The staff in charge of the different services is excellent, very professional, and attentive. Furthermore, the facilities are spectacular, and it's clear they have highly qualified personnel for each procedure. I've visited several times and had different treatments, so I can say that overall the service has been very satisfactory and the results have been very good. As an observation for improvement, I think it's important to mention that the two receptionists don't reflect the same friendliness and attentiveness as the rest of the team. On several occasions, I've found them to be a bit rude and unfriendly. Even when asked about procedures or treatments, they respond curtly and unfriendly. I believe this aspect should be addressed, since reception is the first contact we clients have with the place and greatly influences the initial experience. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the attention and professionalism of the team.
