Harmonica Ayahuasca Retreat

Colombia

Harmonica Retreat is top rated ayahuasca retreat in Colombia. Our ceremonies are held in the Kamsá Biyá tradition, an Indigenous lineage from the Sibundoy Valley in southern Colombia. The medicine and the songs come from that lineage, and Sergio Henao with 16+ years of experience is sharing the Ayahuasca.

Our retreat center is newly built and about one hour from Medellín. It sits next to a natural reserve, so you're close to the city but surrounded by forest, quiet, and clean mountain air.

We keep groups small, with a maximum of 12 participants. Depending on group size, 4 to 7 people support each ceremony. That way someone is always nearby when you need them. We've hosted over 1,000 people so far and have more than 280 five-star reviews across different platforms.

Every retreat is medically supervised. Before you come, we screen your health history and medications, and there is medical support on site during the retreat.

Retreat Options

You can choose a 4-day or a 7-day retreat. Between ceremonies we run activities that help you process what comes up:

  • Conscious connected breathwork
  • Cold immersion
  • Sharing circles

We see the ceremonies as only one part of the work. Before you arrive, you have access to our preparation course, so you know what to expect and how to get ready. After you go home, you get our integration course and can join free monthly integration calls with the Harmonica community. You don't have to figure out what the experience means on your own.

Scientific Research

We also contribute to scientific research on ayahuasca. Participants who want to take part fill out anonymous surveys before and after their retreat. Researchers use that data to study how ayahuasca affects well-being, mental health and long-term change. Taking part is voluntary, and it means your experience adds to what science knows about this medicine.
