My experience can only be described as the best massage ever! I came in with lower back pain to the point even a slight touch would have me wincing. I left feeling more relaxed and pain free than I have in years. My first massage was with Mary and she was meticulous with finding the root cause of my pain. It wasn't only a deep tissue for the sake of it like I've had at other places in the states. This was a lymphatic, hot&cold therapy, hot stone, deep tissue, and reflexology experience. This is part of their package. Likewise the facial massage left my face less bloated than before. I came back four days later for a second round of massages and Miriam was also fantastic. Like Mary, she would treat the root cause of my pain and made sure to check in on my comfort levels. Since I was leaving town, I asked for a hydrafacial. I expected just the hydrafacial, instead I got a whole spa experience. Vitamin C serums, black head extractions, the hydrafacial itself, the LED mask, and hydrating masks. And a head and arm massage. I was sunburned and then my face looked so fresh. I feel brand new and I wish they were close to where I live. 10/10 recommend. I will personally be back when I come to Cartagena next.
I just did a couples’ facial and everything was absolutely excellent from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with wine glasses. We got the deep cleansing facial with the microdermabrasion and face peel. They were very attentive and explained the process as we were doing it. They even gave us mini relaxing massages on our arms and neck. We really appreciated the service. It was excellent and they were very comforting. Our faces are glowing and they really did a great job at extracting all of our black and white heads with patience and care. We would love to come back next time we visit Cartagena.
This experience was so relaxing. The location also smelled WONDERFUL. I haven't been to a facial in years due to cost in the USA so I decided to check it out while in Columbia. She was VERY affordable and I got the basic package but it felt like for the cost it was more than I needed. I get the basic package in new york and it's way more money. I loved how kind and gentle she was especially with the extractions. My face felt smooth after and my pores were no longer as large. I wish I could come monthly. Thank you !!! 😊
Best massage I have had. I was in a car wreck last year, she worked out most of my problems in 1 setting. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. Amazing facial also. I never had one before, she did a great job of explaining it to me and doing the process.
Mary is so adorable! I had a great time at her spa. From the moment I walked in she was so polite. Her spa is so beautiful. I Love the pink linens that she has at the spa. The vibe was super nice and she was professional. I would recommend! Great job and thank you Mary 🥳
