Embark on a unique adventure visiting two fascinating communities. We start in Galerazamba, the land of Catalina, the first woman to speak Spanish. Here, we will explore the museum where we will tell you a little about the history of the salt flats and their customs, then we will visit the impressive open-air sea salt mines also called the #MAR ROSA or Pink Sea where you can take the best photos. In ancient times, salt was more valuable than gold and was used as a currency for bartering. The waters of the mines change color once a year, creating an unmissable natural spectacle. We will spend an hour on this activity. Just 15 minutes away, we arrive at the El Totumo Mud Volcano, a diapir famous for its medicinal mud. Enjoy a rejuvenating experience for an hour and a half, where you can receive massages, wash off the mud in a natural lagoon, and capture unforgettable memories with the help of the friendly members of the Lomita Arena community. Tips for these services are voluntary. To remove the mud, you will go to a completely natural lagoon where you will bathe with the locals. Finally, we will return to Cartagena to enjoy a delicious lunch in the northern part of the city before returning to the hotels. Don't miss this opportunity to have an unforgettable experience!
