We offer two curated itineraries designed for upscale travelers and cruise visitors, providing a worry-free way to experience Cartagena with safety, flexibility, and schedules that allow generous time before ship departure. 1) Eteka Private Island Retreat & City Food Tour (8AM - 1230PM OR 1030AM - 3PM): Begin the day with a two-hour escape to Eteka Private Island, where a welcome drink and exclusive facilities set the tone for relaxation. Next, dive into Cartagena's historic center to explore the history of walled city all while tasting iconic Caribbean foods and drinks. Photos of Eteka island, city, and food samples are part of this ticket. 2) Two Luxury Rosario Islands & Naval Heritage Tour (1030AM - 4PM): This full-day journey combines Cartagena’s maritime history with upscale island experiences. From your boat, view the colonial-era forts of San Felipe and Bocachica, along with the legendary Pirate Island, before stepping ashore at two exclusive destinations. Enjoy a full lunch and relaxation on an upscale resort at Isla Grande and then conclude at Eteka Private Island with a welcome drink and time to unwind before returning to Cartagena. Photos of all islands sites and forts are part of this ticket. NOTES: A cash-only tourist port tax of 29,000 COP must be paid in person at the pier. Cruise line visitors can expect exact ending times of 1230PM, 3PM and 4PM. We do not provide pickups or drop offs.
