Description
Sailing the Tayrona is a unique experience you'll never forget. You'll be able to admire the world's highest coastal mountains from the sea. A sea where rivers flowing down from the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra flow into the Caribbean.
We'll meet at 9:00 a.m. at the Santa Marta International Marina. We'll set sail for our destination at 9:30 a.m. As soon as we leave the Bay of Santa Marta, we'll enter the Bay of Taganga, a fishing village where tourism has blended with the locals.
We'll continue sailing into Tayrona Park and pass through Granate Bay, where you can watch artisanal fishing and where diving schools usually go. We'll cruise past Aguja Island and Playa Brava to reach our destination in Bahía Concha, where you can swim, paddleboard, snorkel, or just chill out.
Enjoy our amazing lunch of super fresh fish (ceviche) (there's also an option for vegetarians).
We'll head back to the Marina at 3:30 p.m. This time, we'll be sailing. We'll be back around 4:30 p.m.
The park's closed from October 19th to November 2nd. During this time, we'll keep sailing through the bays of Santa Marta.
