I had an exceptional massage experience here, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The spa facilities were beautiful and deeply relaxing - exactly the atmosphere you hope for when you want to fully unwind. My massage therapist, Ilena, was absolutely perfect. Without me needing to say a word, her pressure and technique were exactly what my body needed. She checked in with me throughout the session to make sure I was comfortable and that the pressure felt right, which I really appreciated. I’m someone who is quite sensitive and particular when it comes to massages, and truly….I had no notes at all. If I could, I would book a massage with Ilena whenever I needed one. It was the most perfect way to end my trip, and an experience I won’t forget. Highly, highly recommend.
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a historical former convent. Everything you would want in a 5 star hotel. Impeccable service, lovely room. Great food and a good location for exploring the old town of Cartagena. You will not be disappointed
