Really cool vibes. We moved to Medillin and we’re looking for a spot to do contrast therapy. The guys were really welcoming. Everything is brand new - there’s 2 cold plunges which are temperature controlled & the sauna is very hot!
Great place for contrast therapy, yoga and best sauna in town, the facilities are great very comfortable and easy to arrive, conect with efecto yoga!
This place is amazing. It is so peaceful and the cold plunges are around 4 degrees Celsius. Everything is very clean and well kept. The receptionist and manager were very kind, professional and accommodating. If I had an extra 30 minutes to just relax in the lounge area, I would have. I’ll be back the next time I’m in Medellin, for sure.
Loved this place! The sauna was amazing, the cold plunge hit different, and the whole vibe was super chill. Everything felt clean, relaxing, and well taken care of. Perfect spot to reset, recharge, and feel great. Definitely coming back!
