The plan includes transport from Armenia to the coffee farm, a tour of the farm, an explanation of the coffee harvesting and processing, roasting of a 100g sample, a tour guide in Spanish, English, or French, a complete tour of the coffee production process, and a guided tasting of three experimental coffee processes. When you get to the farm, you'll kick off your tour with a guided walk through the coffee plantations. There, you'll learn how each bean is planted, cared for, and harvested, following traditional practices that have been passed down through generations. You'll learn about manual selection, pulping, and sun drying, all while soaking in the beauty of the coffee plantations surrounded by mountains and nature. Next, you'll get to see the roasting process live on a 100g sample: how the green bean changes under the heat, releasing aromas and nuances that define the coffee's character.
