Our tour kicks off at the market square in the San Francisco neighborhood, a vibrant place where every aisle tells a story. We'll stroll among the vegetable, tuber, and fruit stalls, discovering why Santander is the country's second-largest food-producing department. We'll learn about cassava, the different varieties of potatoes, and the smooth avocado from San Vicente de Chucurí, affectionately known as 'the butter.'
