Description

We will meet in the La Perseverancia market square where you will get to know the local market and get a perspective on Colombian gastronomic culture. There we will buy the main ingredients that we will use to prepare each of the recipes. We will also visit supermarkets and typical stores in the La Perseverancia neighborhood to purchase other ingredients necessary in the preparation process. A few blocks away, we will be at the location where we will prepare the three chosen Colombian dishes.
