Once a month, (every full moon), ¨Adrenaline Hostal¨ hosts a Legendary Full Moon Party for multiple Days and Nights, called; The Full Moon Festival Medellin! Adrenaline Hostal is over 16 acres of what can best be described as a grownup’s playground! Simply spectacular panoramic views from the infinity pool and hot water jacuzzi located just off the main hostel; a 400m2 modern structure on the very top of the mountain peak, with a breath taking 360 Degree view, and all the comforts of home, private rooms, (with full private washrooms- yes-of course- even hot water!) with great internet, comfy beds… as well as (male/female) dormitories, and recreational area (complete with billiard table and plenty of hammocks to chill) …to our intricate “tent city” located in our forest, just off our football pitch, where you can experience a Real camping adventure on Top of a Mountain, in the Colombian Andes…. …for only $1 a night !!! (Yes!! ..sleeping bags, pillows.. And Breakfast... are Included! -it´s their opening promotion) ...want to stay for 5 nights? Yup, only $5!!! The spectacular location has full service, including restaurant and full bar, and there you can go paragliding, quad tours, horseback tours, or their signature tour; a fantastic mule ride down the mountain, to go swim in the Rio Buey! For all those, “born wanderers” who like to travel on their own accord, you can arrive to Adrenaline Hostal a variety of ways from Medellin; -Walking (approx. 14.5 hours) -Cycling (approx. 3 hours) -Horseback (approx. 4.5 hours) -Motorbike/ Cuatri-moto (approx. 1.5 hours) -Car/ Van (approx. 1.45 hours) -Local bus (approx. 2.5 hours) -Uber/taxi (approx. 1.45 hours) …or Helicopter! (20 min!) (Yes, there is a helipad, and do offer helicopter transportation services, a 20min flight from Medellin to the mountain top) …and technically you could arrive Paragliding from Medellin as well if the conditions were right, but you’d need to pack pretty light!
