Description
For over 2 hours, we will be in the kitchen of our restaurant located in the heart of Cartagena's historic center with two professional chefs!
We will share our cooking techniques and the stories behind the recipes and ingredients. We'll get to work with aprons and hats! First, we'll start by preparing the coconut rice from scratch (which we'll use for the restaurant service), then we'll prepare the crispy patacones, then the typical drink of our city called agua panela, then we'll head to Prepare the typical fish of Cartagena: Mojarra roja al papillon (a recipe loved by our ancestors). Then, while we wait for the fish to be ready, we can dance to some traditional music because our chef loves to dance! Next, we'll start making the empanadas by preparing the dough and fillings. Finally, we'll eat everything we've prepared in the restaurant while sharing our culinary experience and getting to know each other better!
